Manoela evelkin

Partner

Manoela holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering with a minor in Construction Management, bringing a mix of technical and managerial expertise to her work. She has managed projects valued at over $300 million across the public and private sectors in the NYC Tri-State area. Since entering Manhattan’s private real estate development scene in 2019, Manoela has successfully overseen pre-construction and construction phases for multi-story condominium buildings, historic brownstone renovations, and commercial developments.

 
 

Nathan Evelkin

Partner

Nathan began his career in elevator construction, contributing to projects across New York City. With a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering (specializing in structural engineering), he brings a strong technical foundation to his work. He later managed miscellaneous steel fabrication and installation for luxury rehabilitation and new construction projects, showcasing his expertise in high-end structural solutions. Transitioning to a General Contractor role, Nathan oversaw residential developments exceeding $40 million, while also collaborating with private lenders on multiple Brooklyn development ventures.
